Mike Boylan is a senior at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA studying computer information systems, soon to be pursuing a master's of science in competitive intelligence systems. In addition to being a student at RMU, he is the University's Mac systems administrator. He also engineered and administers the current iteration of the University's Asterisk based IP-PBX. He's been doing Mac system administration for over 6 years, having worked previously for Fox Chapel Area School District in Pittsburgh, PA. Fox Chapel holds one of the largest Mac deployments in the Pittsburgh area. When not at work or in class, Mike enjoys spending time with friends and exploring new restaurants. Phil Goodman, Owner, Goodman Consulting
Phil Goodman founded Goodman Consulting in 1987, a computer consulting firm specializing in Mac OS X, troubleshooting, portable computing and database development. For many years, Phil was a faculty member and textbook author at UCLA teaching computer literacy and programming and he is also the founder and President of the Los Angeles Portable User Group. He holds multiple Apple certifications for every version of Mac OS X since 10.1 and is also an Apple Certified Trainer. In 1989, Phil was a founding member of what is now Apple's Consultant Network and was on the group's Advisory Council for five years. Beau Hunter, Consultant
Beau Hunter has been working professionally with Apple technologies since 1999, and has been supporting businesses running the Mac OS for over 11 years. Throughout this time, he has developed a strong skill set supporting Apple environments in multiple capacities pertaining to Enterprise integration and media management: workflow analysis, automation, image deployment, systems integration, security administration and storage network architecture. Beau has spoken at numerous events including Macworld 2009, 2010, and 2011. He is the co-author of two books: Enterprise Mac Administrator's Guide and Enterprise Mac Security: Mac OS X Snow Leopard. She is a Unix software engineer for Splunk, where life revolves around log files of every imaginable kind. When not sitting in front of a computer, she can often be found in front of a spinning wheel managing a somewhat older type of fiber network.

Anthony Reimer, Head Technician, Integrated Arts Media Lab, University of Calgary
Anthony has been the Head Technician of the Integrated Arts Media Labs at the University of Calgary (Canada) since 1996, supporting work with Macintosh computers and other digital technology in Music, Art, Drama and Dance. He regularly gives presentations on technology to artists and non-artists alike, most notably at the 2012 Penn State MacAdmins Conference and the 2008 Midwest Band and Orchestra Clinic (Chicago). Jody Rodgers, Sr. Product Manager, Adobe Systems
Jody Rodgers is a Senior Product Manager at Adobe Systems based in Seattle. He started his tech career in the late 90s running a small Mac-based tech support center. Managed the Mac labs for the Art Institute of Seattle. Justin is the Director of Operations at Stony River Technologies (SRT) with responsibilities for Account Management and Project Management of key clients of Apple, JAMF, and Aerohive; along with staff development, certification and delivery of high value engagements. Graduating from Ball State University with a BA in Music Engineering and a Masters in Information Communication Sciences, Justin joined SRT in 2012 as a Director of Field Engineers with the past experience of working on Commercial and Government clients. Justin is an photographer and a college lecturer for the University of Alaska, Fairbanks where he teaches native Inupiat Eskimo students in remote Alaskan villages the finer points of server scripting, web application development, and Mac System Administration in an enterprise environment. The kids will use their skills to help their village elders understand how to apply technology appropriately in the village culture and their future careers.

John has been a UNIX geek since the 80s, and made the transition from NeXTSTEP to OSX, with a lot of enterprise scale Unix work in between. He has designed and managed systems using most popular commercial OSes, though FreeBSD and OSX are favored. He is also a programmer, having written apps for iOS, OSX, the 'web', DOS TSRs and 6502 Assembly.

Dr. Nicko van Someren has extensive experience in the security industry. Prior to joining Juniper, Dr. van Someren was founder and CTO of the security technology company nCipher Plc.
