Hotel & Travel (for International Attendees)

Discounted hotel reservations are available to all MacIT attendees and can be found on the Hotel & Travel page.

Advisory: It has come to our attention that several travel/housing companies have been contacting attendees and exhibitors by phone and e-mail about MacIT Housing. The official housing company for MacIT is IDG World Expo. IDG World Expo is the only company authorized to contract with hotels for rooms for MacIT. IDG World Expo representatives will always identify themselves as being with IDG World Expo, the official housing company for MacIT. If you are contacted by a company other than IDG World Expo, this company is not affiliated in any way with MacIT and we cannot guarantee that they have hotel rooms for the event.  We highly recommend that you book your hotel rooms only through the official housing company, IDG World Expo.

Air Travel
United Airlines is the official airline for MacIT international attendees.

Use Meeting ID ZN8G to get special fares on United and Lufthansa. Plus you can earn Mileage Plus® miles.

For international travel, contact your local reservation office. All tickets must be US point of sale.

American Airlines

International attendees call their local American Airlines reservations number and use the Promotion Code 7313BK to your discounted air fare.

Oneworld carriers are as follows:

LA – Lan Airlines

CX – Cathay Pacific

Apply early for your visa  – applications should be submitted at least 60 days prior to MacIT travel.
